餐廳不給賒帳　中國官員連砸4店洩憤

中國陝西銅川市政協委員、人大代表楊大軍等人，本周一（25日）在銅川新區的龍鳳祥餐廳用餐後，結賬要求簽單賒賬被拒，事後亂砸餐廳、經營煙酒的商店、KTV店和煎餅店，導致4間店舖商品、物品不同程度受損，隔日被警方逮捕。
 
《新華網》報導，楊大軍等人當日在龍鳳祥餐廳吃飯後，要求簽單賒帳700多元人民幣（約3400元台幣），遭服務生拒絕，交付現金離開後，楊大軍和另名男子折返，先後對龍鳳祥餐廳、與其經營煙酒的商店、KTV店和煎餅店砸場。
 
銅川市政協辦公室副主任焦寶峰昨天表示，堅決支持公安機關依法辦案。人大常委會副主任王向陽說：「人大代表不是榮譽，更不是保護傘，應當珍惜人民賦予的權力，遵守國家的法律法規。」（余浚安／綜合外電報導）
