（法新社大馬士格29日電） 聯合國今天說，血腥衝突導致敘利亞難民人數突破300萬，美國總統歐巴馬承認，尚無對策抑制在敘國擴張的聖戰分子。

歐巴馬表示，還在研擬擊退伊斯蘭國（IS）的策略，不會立即在敘利亞發動空襲。伊斯蘭國近期在伊拉克和敘利亞攻城掠地，占領大片土地。

歐巴馬說：「我們尚未擬定策略。」但他也說，將派遣國務卿凱瑞（John Kerry）前往中東地區，爭取各國支持對抗伊斯蘭國。
