你為什麼還要去關心.在意(甚至想買)在台北市而不去買其他一坪不用5萬的地方呢？

不就是因為貪圖便利嘛
想要便宜的房價
又想要便利的生活

這樣你清楚房價為什麼會高了嗎？
就是因為這些不能忍受通勤.不能忍受多走幾步路去買個便當.不能忍受生活不便利的人造成的
建商並沒有一定要你接受他的價格
但是有人接受他的價格
就不會跌

這個道理上從精品包包.下到陽春麵都是一樣
只要不虧本
沒人買他就是會一直降價求售

世界第一到底是哪些人在支撐？
不就是這些硬想擠進天龍國的人嗎

換個角度想想
台北市世界第一
那花東呢？南投山區呢？
為什麼硬要去擠那些都已經知道不合理的地方？
