毒品害死人！柯震東前腳走　張默又被逮

沾了毒品，柯震東29日帶著一生的醜疤離開了北京，但就在同一天，北京又再度傳出藝人沾毒消息，嫌犯是慣犯，是知名演員張國立之子張默，據悉張默因涉嫌容留他人吸毒犯罪已經由北京市公安局海澱分局，正式向海澱區人民檢察院提請批准逮捕。

張默多年前因打人鬥毆事件，鬧上了社會版面。2014年7月31日上午張默又因在順義家中涉嫌吸毒犯罪而被警方抓獲，並被警方行政拘留。這已是張默第二次因吸毒而被警方行政拘留。
回顧他吸毒史的，張默曾於2012年初，因聚眾吸食毒品而被順義警方抓獲。最終被處以行政拘留13天的處罰，但此次警方在對張默進行完行政拘留之後，又正式提請檢方批准逮捕張默，是發現他還有多次聚眾吸食毒品的行為。

根據中國法律「容留他人吸毒罪」，泛指容留他人吸食、注射毒品的，處三年以下有期徒刑、拘役或者管制，並處罰金。張默的行為已涉嫌觸犯刑法，這次肯定又逃不了，再次讓人遺憾。（特勤組╱台北報導）
