歐元區通膨創5年新低　陷危險區

據歐盟統計局最新公布數據，歐元區8月消費者物價指數（Consumer Price Index，CPI）僅較去年同月攀增0.3%，創2009年10月來、即近5年來最小增幅，顯示通縮疑慮揮之不去。不過路透分析指出，這項數據可能加深歐洲央行（European Central Bank，ECB，歐銀）憂慮，但不足以迫使歐銀立刻採取政策行動。
 
歐元區8月CPI升幅符合市場預期，但增幅小於7月的0.4%，距歐銀2%通膨率目標甚遠，落在被歐銀視為「險區」的1%以下。剔除價格波動較大項目的8月核心CPI，則較去年同月攀升0.9%，大於7月的攀升0.8%。
 
Unicredit首席歐元區經濟學家瓦利（Marco Valli）說：「核心通膨升幅接近1%，意味立即陷入通縮的可能性不大。」
 
歐盟統計局另也公布，歐元區7月失業率維持在11.5%，與6月相同，失業人口達1840萬人。
 
市場認為，最新通膨數據意味歐銀下周四召開決策會議不會採取行動，但可望更嚴肅討論可能的大規模資產收購計劃。（于倩若／綜合外電報導）
