房祖名手上毒品　助理賣給他的

柯震東北京獲釋返台，難兄難弟房祖名仍被關在北京東城看守所，自由日遙遙無期。

今日出版的《蘋果日報》報導，北京公安分別於18日及昨天在官方微博貼公告說明案情，最新聲明透露房祖名被依法刑事拘留，進一步受審中，刑期未判。

公安聲明中指出，孫某（房祖名的孫姓助理）多次從宋姓藥頭手中購買大麻，提供給陳某某（房祖名本名陳祖明），並從中牟利，且孫某以涉嫌販賣毒品罪被刑事拘留。房祖名沒買過毒的說法，顯然被戳破。
