台中市一名巫姓男子（20歲）遭檢舉平日擁槍炫耀，民眾看到他有槍會害怕，潭北派出所在其座車的座位下方查獲空氣槍1把，初步鑑定可射穿鋁板，今天依照違反槍砲彈藥刀械管制條例送辦。
 
巫嫌供稱，以CO2上網搜尋，2千元向買家購買該把空氣槍，平時放住處房間，回南投老家時才拿出來射山林間的小鳥，是用來把玩，並沒有拿出去犯案。他得意的告訴警方，該把空氣槍打小鳥還蠻準的，很少失手，讓員警哭笑不得。（蕭夙眉／台中報導）
