央行政策分歧　美元兌歐元創1年新高

全球央行年會揭櫫各主要央行貨幣政策分道揚鑣，美國朝趨緊發展，歐、日將持續寬鬆，美元為王地位更加確立，美元兌歐元昨續創1年新高，兌日圓則創7個月新高。
 
在各大央行政策取向不同影響下，美元今兌日圓一度續升0.5%，創7個月新高1美元兌104.49日，今年下半年來兌日圓累計升值2.6%；兌歐元在連6周升值後，今一度續升0.4%，創近1年新高1歐元兌1.3184美元。下半年來兌歐元累計升值3.6%。
 
除貨幣政策取向不同外，美元此刻走強也反映市場對美元資產需求轉強，若能持續走強，與美股走勢維持正相關，代表市場看好美國經濟復甦，將繼續領先其他國家，對美股後市具有正面意義。
 
渣打銀行全球外匯研究部門主管韓德森（Callum Henderson）表示，Fed與歐銀在全球央行年會中傳達的訊息有著明顯分歧，這也支持了美元兌其他主要國家貨幣匯價走強，尤其兌歐元、日圓，升值趨勢更明顯。（陳冠穎／綜合外電報導）
