小妹畢業於蛋捲大學，現任職於貿易公司 擔任外銷業務助理~ 多益810，五專是英文系的，大學就是貿易本科系 但是我薪水只有26,500，試用前後看表現調薪 幾乎是面試國貿都會上，薪水從25,000~27,000都有(試用期) 27,000沒接受是因為它是要請我去幫他們開疆闢土!!根本沒人帶!! 但經過一段時間後，這家公司我覺得分工好細，每個人負責的東西少少， 因為我做事情很快，又是本科系，之前有相關打工經驗， 每次事情都一下子做完了。每天都在等事情做。 我覺得這可能是公司的文化，公司的人都不錯，但我真的care薪水， 尤其我是從南部上來的。 1. 26,500 本科系 這樣真的合理嗎? 2. 工作的部分，要和上司溝通看看還是? 我觀察下來好像這就是公司長期的狀況了。 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 123.192.175.64 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/Salary/M.1408901666.A.122.html
