國安密帳案　李登輝二審無罪

前總統李登輝陷入的國安密帳案，在台北地院一審判無罪後，檢方續上訴，高等法院20日開庭二審，李登輝宣判無罪。

前總統李登輝與劉泰英等人被控侵占國安秘密經費2.5億元，轉用於購入台灣研究院房舍之用，2011年特偵組以洗錢、貪汙起訴兩人，2013年8月一審，李登輝無罪，劉泰英被判刑2年8月、褫奪公權3年。

高院判決理由「相關證人未直接指認李登輝有指示、經手美金750萬元（約台幣2億5,500萬元）流向，檢察官所舉事證，不能證明李登輝犯罪。」因而李登輝仍維持原判無罪，劉泰英加重判刑三年、褫奪公權三年，並追繳15萬美金，約新台幣400萬元，但全案仍可再上訴。
