永達技院退場說明　學生家長茫然

少子化等因素衝擊大專院校辦學，第二家退場停辦的私立永達技術學院，今早辦退轉學說明會。4百多名學生、家長出席，讀五專電機系許姓學生表示，不知道讀那裡？學校提供的選填志願表，只有正修可選，但它是科大，學制不同，應該不能去讀。

教育部技職司專員李嘉育表示，輔導轉學目前提供高屏地區10所院校，以學生能就近、同學制為原則。因永達的學制、科系較多元，會就學制、戶籍等特殊需求學生，提供專案或另開專班方式，盡最大努力讓每名學生完成學業。

讀運動休閒系假日班的林耀明表示，教育部說退場就大家忙得一團亂，未見事前輔導，可說是教育部一聲命令來強暴學生，影響學生受教權。「我希望原地、原校完成學業。」（陳宏銘／屏東報導）
