12年國教爭議　建中提「免特合一」

12年國教爭議不斷，昨天台北市長郝龍斌提出「保留特招、1試2用」政策後，遭教育局以「違法」為由拒絕。台北市明星高中建國中學則提出「免特合一」的方案。

今日出版的《聯合報》報導，建中校長陳偉泓表示，以往都是「名額少」先招，「名額多」的才最後招生，12年國教卻是相反，才會讓許多家長相當焦慮。陳偉泓認為「先特後免」才能解決現況，不過由於法規的問題，所以建議可以頭兩天考會考」第三天考特招，讓考生能夠在一張志願卡上選填某校免試、某校特招，最後擇一錄取，讓分發簡化。（葉國吏／綜合報導）
