塑毒害統一　昱伸判賠1.3億定讞

2011年塑化劑風暴襲捲全台，統一企業生產的「LP33膠囊」也因含塑化劑遭全數銷毀，損失1.3億餘元，還遭消基會求償7.4億餘萬，統一因此向源頭昱伸香料公司和負責人賴俊傑夫婦求償8.9億餘萬元，二審判賴等人要賠1.3億餘萬元。最高法院今駁回雙方上訴，全案定讞。

已被判刑15年定讞的賴俊傑，開庭時曾辯稱，與統一無交易，且統一是國際食品集團，未盡注意義務檢驗食品是否含有塑化劑，也有責任。但法院指出，賴製造有害人體的起雲劑，下游廠商不知情而誤用，統一因LP33膠囊遭退款、銷毀共損失1.3億餘萬元，昱伸和賴男夫婦要負賠償責任。(法庭中心／台北報導)
