調查：首爾民眾在現居住處住了多久

8範圍老師月 5日南韓首爾研究院發表的「info-graphics　」第 97期「首爾市民在現住所生活多久？」的文章顯示，51％的首爾市民在現住所生活的時間不滿5年，所占比例最高，其後依次是生活5～10年（20％）和10年以上（29％）。

調查顯示，根據住宅形態的不同居住時間也呈現不同的趨勢。如果居住的房子是自家住宅，一般居住時間都在10年左右，屬於長期居住，但如果是月租和傳貰(韓國特有的租借方式,向房主提交保證金,合同滿後,全額退還) 住房，居住時間則相對較短，只有3年左右。 （國際中心？至
