本報訊

台灣中油第3筆資產活化案「新北市板橋區文化段土地設定地上權案」，由新光人壽以新台幣12.809億元得標，據了解，新光人壽打算興建商用不動產。

協助中油完成這筆標案的高力國際公司表示，這起標案僅新光人壽一家投標，結果以權利金總價12.809億元得標，較底價高出新臺幣2090萬元，溢價率1.66%。

「新北市板橋區文化段土地」，坐落於新北市縣民大道，緊鄰中山國中，總面積約3120坪，依都市計畫道路分為三個街廓；距離四鐵共構的板橋車站及捷運新埔站各約500公尺，為新板特定區旁唯一大面積方整基地，可開發地標型「綜合商業園區」，引進旅館、辦公、主題商場等複合式商業。

高力國際透露，新光人壽未來有意開發成長期營運的商用不動產。(中央社)
