委內瑞拉機場　對旅客課徵「呼吸稅」

委內瑞拉首都加拉加斯(Caracas)的邁克蒂瓦機場(Maiquetia airport)近日祭出一項新政策，要對旅客課徵約20美元(約新台幣600元)的「呼吸稅」，惹來不滿。

據英國BBC報導指出，委國交通部指出，徵收「呼吸稅」是因為該機場安裝了新的系統，使用臭氧淨化空氣，指這樣可杜絕細菌繁殖，保障旅客的健康，更號稱他們是首個南美機場採用此技術。

不過報導也指出，委內瑞拉面臨經濟危機，機票原本就是昂貴產品，加上「呼吸稅」更激起民眾不滿，就有網友嘲諷：「洗手間沒有水，流浪狗四處走，冷氣壞了，用臭氧有用嗎？」（施旖婕／綜合外電報導）
