北非摩洛哥的西部城市卡薩布蘭加昨天驚傳3幢公寓連環倒塌的不幸事件，目前已知居民中4死57重傷。救難隊正漏夜挖掘搶救中。

南非新聞網站「新聞24」（news24）昨天晚間報導指出，大部分摩洛哥（Morocco）居民為穆斯林，而卡薩布蘭加（Casablanca）是摩國第1大城，人口密集。

黎明時分，正當居民準備當天齋戒開始前的早餐時，1棟6層樓公寓突然倒榻。

公寓原本是5樓建築，頂樓所加蓋的1層屬於違建。倒榻時候骨牌效應，連續壓垮隔壁2棟公寓。

這些公寓大約建造於1960至1970年代，每棟公寓4或5層，但公寓櫛比鱗次，彼此幾乎毫無間隔。

建築物倒榻的意外，在卡薩布蘭加很尋常，主要是基礎建設太差所導致。

救難隊伍帶著救難犬正在廢墟中積極搶救居民，希望救出生還者。但目前無法獲得更多細節。(中央社)
