美研究結紮男　更易罹攝護癌

美國哈佛大學學者日前發表研究，稱結紮的男性罹患攝護腺癌機率較一般人高10％，而發展成末期攝護腺癌的機率甚至高出20％。國內醫師推測，可能是男性結紮後較少使用保險套，容易感染進而罹癌，但仍需進一步臨床實驗來證明其因果關係。

哈佛大學公衛學院學者自1986年至2010年，追蹤近5萬名40至75歲男性的健康狀況，其中1/4受訪者曾接受輸精管結紮手術。調查發現，5萬名男性中有6023人被診斷出罹患攝護腺癌，其中811人癌病過世。經統計，結紮過的男性罹患攝護腺癌機率較一般人高10％，而發展成末期癌症甚至致死的機率也分別高出20％及19％。此研究刊登於《臨床腫瘤學期刊》（Journal of Clinical Oncology）。

新店慈濟醫院泌尿科主治醫師蔡曜州表示，該研究僅統計數據，仍需後續研究來證明其因果關係，並稱結紮手術通常不會有後遺症，僅少數人可能有出血疼痛、感染等問題。他推測結紮易罹患攝護腺癌的原因，可能是男性結紮後，不擔心避孕問題而少用保險套，增加感染風險以致罹癌；攝護腺癌若及早發現並治療，治癒機率約9成。（張渝萍／綜合報導）
