臨時動議撤資格　黃景泰律師：太兒戲

基隆市議長黃景泰涉貪案，國民黨中常會昨天決定廢止黃景泰提名，黃景泰委任律師楊國宏說，政黨提名市長參選人是何其重大的事，國民黨以臨時動議決定，作法太過兒戲。

今日出版的《聯合報》報導，楊國宏表示，黃的案子還沒偵結，就算檢方起訴，法院審理結果也不可知。國民黨急著撤銷黃的提名，若黃所涉關說案法院最後還黃清白，國民黨要怎麼恢復黃的權益？（方翊倩／綜合報導）
