鞏固海防　越南斥資5.52億美元

美聯社4日報導稱，越南政府3日晚發佈聲明，稱總理阮晉勇3日主持召開政府常務會議，決定撥款5.52億美元為海警和漁監力量建造32艘不同種類的船隻， 撥款2.25億美元扶持漁民建造遠海捕撈漁船，其目的是提高越南海上職能機關的執法能力、協助漁民出海進行長期捕撈作業。

中國外交部發言人洪磊表示，經向中國海警局瞭解，7月3日上午，中國海警依法扣押一艘在中國海南島三亞以南7海里中國領海內非法作業的越南漁船及6名船員。中方有關部門正在依法查處此案。中方再次要求越方採取必要措施，加強對漁民的管束和教育，杜絕類似事件再次發生。（大陸中心／綜合外電報導）
