趕通車兌支票　花東鐵路電氣化逾半未驗收

花東鐵路電氣化將在6月底通車，傳出該工程逾半未驗收，外界質疑，兌現政治支票凌駕工程安全之上。

花東鐵路電氣化工程本月28日即將舉行通車典禮、7月正式載客。今日出版的《自由時報》報導，通車在即，但該工程70多件土建、機電工程中，竟有逾半尚未驗收，其中機電工程更高達7成5未完成驗收，包括攸關行車安全的「列車自動防護系統」。

公文還明文記載，機電工程預計完成驗收日期均在6月28日以後，擺明「先搶通再驗收」；甚至，花東線鐵路站場列車自動防護系統修改工程等案，竟要明年5月至7月以後才能驗收。（陳亮諭／綜合報導）
