中越又爆衝突　越方稱漁檢船遭中國船衝撞

據越南農業與農村發展部漁檢局的消息，當地時間23日9時30分，越南KN-951號漁檢船遭中國284、285等拖船和11號海巡船圍堵，中方船隻向越南漁檢船的船舷邊靠攏，此外，中國新海285號拖船衝撞越南漁檢船，使越南漁檢船欄桿的部分設備受損，左舷和右舷變形。

針對此情況，越南執法人員繼續駛向鑽油平台，在距離海洋石油981鑽油平台10到12海里的海域喊話，堅決要求中國鑽油平台及其護航船艦撤出越南主權海域。（國際中心／綜合外電報導）
