請問~ 在買中古車時，不管對方是車商還是個人自售 如果他跟銀行借錢我們在銀行或過戶的時候就查得到 但是，如果他是在地下錢莊或者當鋪借錢 我們要怎麼查? 聽說車子交給當鋪抵押借錢時，汽車行照正本會被當鋪收走 那如果是地下錢莊呢 會是怎樣? 問題總結如下： 1：如果前車主跟當鋪或地下錢莊借錢而拿車子抵押，我要怎麼知道？ 2：買車的契約要怎麼寫才可以確保前車主的債務不會跑到我身上? 例如：寫清楚XXXX年YY月ZZ日之前的債務請找前車主，之後才能找我 3：買車後，我換車牌的話，可以完全切斷前車主的恩怨糾紛嗎？ 最近想買車，這幾個問題一直困擾著我，請大家不吝嗇的幫我解答> ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 1.169.199.121 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/car/M.1402761635.A.8AB.html
