真的看不下去了~~~~

我買了 3 次房子

第一次買在有海砂屋的國宅

房價從 375 一下掉到 150

銀行也沒要我補擔保品

第二次買房

又遇到 SARS

房價又再打 8 折

銀行也沒要我補差價

第三次買房

詳細看了合約條文

也沒有大家說的那一條

是那家銀行那麼沒品

可以公佈一下是那家銀行

我是用我親身經歷來說明的

絕不是聽說/看到/有人是............

上法庭我也一定能拿出證據來反告

重申一次

"我從來沒有因為房價跌被銀行追討補擔保品或金錢"

在正常繳款的情況下

2 成自備款是拿假的喔

就算崩盤

有那一次崩盤和我買的海砂屋一樣

1 年內打完對折再打 8 折的

除非一開始就已經超貸

這不是我們一般小老百姓可以做的事

可以超貸的

銀行也不敢動他

真的看不下去那種以訛傳訛的說法
