濕地保育法 明年2月2日施行

行政院12日公布，我國第1部濕地保育法，行政院已核定於民國104 年2月2日施行。濕地保育法的施行，主要為了確保濕地天然滯洪等功能，維護生物多樣性，促進濕地生態保育及明智利用。

重要濕地分為國際級、國家級及地方級3級，由中央主管機關考量濕地的生物多樣性、自然性、代表性、特殊性及規劃合理性和土地所有權人意願等評定等級。

內政部表示，濕地保育法的主管機關，在中央為內政部；在直轄市為直轄市政府；在縣市為縣市政府。內政部主要負責全國濕地保育利用政策的研究、策劃、督導及協調等，有關重要濕地的評定、變更、廢止及公告，都是內政部主管職權。
