Dave Will是英國一位平面設計師與插畫家，平時就常把英超相關資訊畫成插畫，發表在自己的網站與Twitter上，他也負責設計利物浦所出的明信片。

這次除了畫出世界盃知名球星外，也繪製了世界盃經典時刻，例如1966年英格蘭奪冠，1970年墨西哥世界盃的巴西、1986年的馬拉度納，甚至1994年失落的義大利等。
