苑裡反瘋車自救會今天再次前往經濟部抗議，要求經濟部立即撤銷違法展延許可，並不得通過苑裡風機的展延。

苑裡反瘋車自救會上午率領20多人至經濟部抗議，要求經濟部出面負責，並立即撤銷「審查過程沒有專業意見，只有政治考量，且參考資料隱瞞民意、資料造假不實」的苑裡風機展延許可。

針對自救會上述訴求，經濟部能源局除了表達非常重視外，並表示4月23日邀集自救會及通威公司召開協調會，另因自救會希望協助審查本案工作許可證展延審查委員出席會議，經濟部5月21日邀集自救會、通威公司及審查委員出席，召開後續會議。

經濟部指出，上述審查委員具法律、能源、土地利用、風力機械等專業背景，經各與會人士及相關單位充分表達意見後，依會議議程由審查委員進行自行討論，但因1名審查委員家有緊急事故，未參與討論，因此審查委員決定在2周內，以書面方式提供審查意見給經濟部。

能源局表示，目前審查委員針對自救會陳述意見，還未提供書面審查意見給能源局，未來若自救會對經濟部是否另為處分有意見，可提起相關行政救濟程序。(中央社)
