因為台北捷運發生隨機殺人事件，台灣社會掀起了一股「防身術」的熱潮，面對這樣的熱潮，許多長年習武的網友皺起眉頭，表示「練防身術，還不如紮實的習武」。近日網路也流傳一部影片，從中顯現出紮實練武的成效。

近日網路流傳一隻空手道的比賽影片，只見影片中，裁判才剛宣布開始沒幾秒，其中一名選手就以一個漂亮的後迴旋踢將對手擊倒在地，剛退場的裁判也急忙進場，呼喚場邊醫生進場觀察，而整體比賽時間不過短短三秒。而由於比賽選手沒有穿著任何護具，而且攻擊力道足以將對手直接踢倒，推測可能是以極真派為首、全接觸空手道流派的比賽影片。（廖梓翔／綜合報導）
