唉 想跟在事務所的前輩討論 目前小弟在北部某家事務所 算是小有規模 但請聽我娓娓道來… 目前底薪26k 但同年級有到28k 原因是我學歷不好 那目前忙季快結束了 我也已經快兩個月只放不到三天假吧 幾乎每天都破十二點走 比起大所可能沒什麼 但以我的薪水 加上我的帳審都是比較難的建設營造… 讓我實在頗難平衡 最重要的是一路走來都沒指導員 只能自己看前人的作法或理解 目前考慮第二年的去留 雖然主管似乎很賞識我 認為我邏輯不錯 比起其他新人算突出 但他給的工作量跟其他組實在有差距 而且還被大家認為是我們手腳慢 讓我更難平衡 抱怨完了 想問大家 我是否要換事務所 或者再忍一年換公司財務呢 主管有問過是否有考cpa的意願 但我連記帳士都不是很想考 目前很茫然 希望前輩能給點意見或經驗分享 -- Sent from my Android -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 220.133.64.244 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/Salary/M.1401037937.A.3A1.html
