越南反中遊行展開 我外館派員監控

因為中越在南海的糾紛，越南各地今早開始舉行反中大遊行，我駐越南代表黃志鵬表示，遊行目前進行中，依照傳回來的消息，現在北越各地情況都很平靜，我外館也在網路上蒐集相關抗議集結點，然後派人到當地監控錄影，一有人群聚集就馬上回報。

被派到南越胡志明市坐鎮的領務局長龔忠誠則向《蘋果》表示，他與當地越南公安和僑領了解狀況後，目前南越的遊行多變成定點，越南方面也清楚抗議目標是中國大陸，所以沒傳出有台商遭攻擊，多是財務損失，但越南政府已經口頭承諾會賠償，等情況穩定後，我政府會有後續動作。平陽省台商會長蔡莞真也說，目前回報的情況都很平靜，未傳出衝突。（陳郁仁／台北報導）
