槍斃比毒針更人道！？　美議員擬恢復槍斃

鑒於美國奧克拉荷馬州早前處死犯人時，因毒針出包導致死刑犯痛苦掙扎40多分鐘才離世，猶他州共和黨議員雷伊(Paul Ray)日前表示希望恢復槍斃，其並稱在處決犯人上，槍斃比毒針更為快捷、人道。
 
懷俄明州和密蘇里州的議員今年稍早也曾提過類似建議，但都未能成功。不過雷伊這次則有望成功，因為猶他州的傳統就是以火槍隊執行死刑，上次以槍決方式處死囚犯是2010年。（國際中心／綜合報導）
