男子路中擺故障標　遭後車追撞亡

昨天深夜11時許，一名35歲林姓男子在中山高速公路北上37.8公里處的中間車道，與另一部小貨車發生擦撞，小貨車隨即將車輛滑至路肩停放，林男卻將車輛停在原處，並下車擺放故障標誌，此時一部由45歲莫姓男子所駕駛的休旅車因視線不佳閃避不及，而直接撞上正在車尾擺放故張標誌的林男，導致林男當場四肢嚴重骨折，送醫急救後仍宣告不治。

國道警察局第一大隊副大隊長邱紹雄表示，林男與另一部小貨車在中間車道發生擦撞後便將車輛停在原處，並下車至車尾擺放故障標誌，當時雖是深夜時間，但車流量還是不小，且現場沒有路燈，導致後方莫姓男子閃避不及，直接撞上林男與其車輛，目前肇事責任正在釐清中。邱副大隊長呼籲國道用路人，如遇事故時，請盡量將車輛移至路肩停放，國道非一般道路，車速都相當快，將車輛停在路中是非常危險的舉動，稍一不慎就會造成憾事。(李銘宏/新北報導)
