中山高北上38公里　兩起車禍大塞車

因國道中山高北上37.8公里處昨深夜11時許發生車禍，現場尚未排除完畢，而今天凌晨0時許北上38.3公里處再度發生連環車禍，大貨車、遊覽車及小客車追撞在一起，傳出有人受困，目前造成北上38-39公里嚴重塞車，警消目前正在排除事故中。（突發中心／新北報導）
