海外首發　日本樂天今秋在台推信用卡

樂天集團旗下樂天卡株式會社獲准在台灣設立信用卡發卡公司，此次為樂天信用卡首度於海外市場獲准設立信用卡發卡公司，今(9)並宣布預計秋天在台灣開始發卡。

據了解，台灣目前信用卡發卡銀行多以銀行為主體，獨立發卡組織包括美台灣國運通、大來國際信用卡公司以及台灣永旺信用卡公司，此次金管會核准日本樂天在台發行信用卡為12年來首見。(林潔禎／台北報導）
