惡鄰居室內抽煙，改如何解決？

我們這大樓有點年紀(10~15年左右)
有些出租給別人 ，有的是自住

所以住戶素質參差不齊

這幾天回家 ，一進門從警衛室、到電梯、走廊都是菸味

由於我家門口是正對走廊，所以可以從貓眼看到整條走廊

今天意外發現原來是隔壁新搬來的住戶大遙大擺的走進自己的家門

還帶了另外三個似乎是朋友的樣子

四個人看起來就是……你知道的 …一臉流氓樣

叼著菸這樣 ，實在讓人有點不舒服

剛剛有跟警衛杯杯反應，他似乎不太想管的樣子@@” 有點火大

真想不透那戶的房東在想什麼，一點盡到房東的責任都沒有

還好再隔壁是這層樓的管委會的委員

等等再向她反應看看

假設如果管委會無法處理的話 ，是否有任何自立救濟的放方法？

目前是有想到在門口裝針孔，然後向警察局舉發這樣

不知道這是否合法 ，還請版上大大提供意見

另外小抱怨 ，這個社會怎麼還有這種覺得在室內抽煙無所謂的人啊
完全沒考慮到其他人的感受 ，很火大
