野村：中國房市泡沫早爆破了

華爾街日報引述投資機構野村的說法報導，中國房地產泡沫其實已經破滅了，住房供給過剩以及開發商無法取得融資正在拖垮中國房市，可能導致中國今年經濟成長率低於6%。
 
野村分析師昨發表報告指出：「對我們來說，這已不是爆破與否的問題，而是房市回檔會有多劇烈」。野村認為，對此北京當局能做的不多，「世上沒有萬無一失的政策」。
 
野村可說是大型投資機構中，最悲觀看待中國的1個，過去該公司也曾做過大膽預言，但並非每料必中。舉例來說，4月初該公司預測中國首季經常帳將呈現逆差，結果順差70億美元，儘管寫下3年來最小單季順差。因此這回預測準不準，仍有待觀察。（于倩若／綜合外電報導）
