看病沒好檢舉　官員放蛇揪密醫

新北市一名病患去年九月在三重一處中醫診所看診、服藥後，狀況仍未改善，轉向新北市衛生局投訴懷疑是密醫，衛生局佯裝病患暗訪密醫屬實，上月底會同市調處人員搜索，當場查扣數十箱藥粉、約400份病歷、中藥材、包藥袋、調劑器具等物品，全案移請檢調偵辦中。
 
衛生局指出，這位自稱是中醫師的陳姓男子，其名片上的頭銜有「陳氏古脈、中醫師臨床專業教授等」琳瑯滿目，平日在三重區重新路小巷弄內營業，外觀十分隱密。該密醫從事診療及開立處方已一年多，看診每次收費300元，每日藥費100至200元，每周看診10至20人。無照行醫違反醫師法規定，可處6個月以上5年以下有期徒刑，並得併科新台幣30萬到150萬元的罰金。（李定宇／新北報導）
