首爾地鐵追撞 號誌故障釀禍

南韓首爾地鐵2日發生列車追撞，造成249人受傷。今天地鐵公司表示，是因為號誌故障，才導致自動停車系統沒有發揮功能。

南韓首爾地鐵「上往十里站」，一如往常般人來人往，完全不見前一天列車追撞所造成的混亂。不過在民眾心中，行的安全已是一大問號。

首爾民眾：「事故令我不安因我常搭地鐵。」

首爾民眾：「我希望國民安全能獲得確保。」

南韓時間2日下午三點半、首爾地鐵最每繁忙的2號線，發生列車追撞。一列停靠在的列車、突然遭到後方列車追撞，造成249人受傷。首爾地鐵負責人3日表示，號誌故障，導致列車自動防撞系統失靈，是列車追撞的原因。

一般來說，當列車進站時會先依序出現「注意」、「停止」、「停止」三個號誌。不過，這次肇事的列車進站時，卻出現兩個繼續前進的號誌，才讓列車自動防撞系統沒有啟動。等到駕駛發現時，已經沒有足夠的距離煞車。

音源關西大學教授安部誠治：「當號誌發生故障時，號誌一般都會變成紅色，很難想像號誌失靈會由紅變綠。」

此外，事故發生時，首爾地鐵公司沒有在第一時間，正確引導民眾疏散，也飽受各界批評。

列車上民眾：「列車停電一片漆黑嚇死人了，讓大家聯想到歲月號。」

自從歲月號發生船難後，南韓政府就被批評交通政策鬆懈。不料現在搜救行動都還沒結束，又發生地鐵追撞的意外。許多南韓民眾要求，政府應該全面檢討交通安全政策。(民視新聞 綜合報導)
