立院拒馬何時撤　江宜樺：情勢穩定時

立院周遭仍拒馬環伺，民進黨立委邱議瑩上午質詢時詢問行政院長江宜樺，拒馬何時可撤？江宜樺表示，等到情勢穩定的時候。江揆說，上次立委陳明文也要求撤掉拒馬，當時他就提及蔡丁貴教授說會硬闖，沒幾天後就應驗。

江宜樺表示，警政署等相關單位會評估情資，在拒馬撤除讓員警回去休息之前，呼籲委員一起呼籲民眾，表達意見應用民主、合法方式，而不是佔領立院、衝撞行政院、阻礙委員進出，這樣民眾無法接受。
 
邱議瑩指出，近日警察同仁辛勞，苗栗員警也因北上支援中風逝世，員警的辛勞政府應重視，是否同意警察組工會？江宜樺說，警政署與人事單位已在研議，但民眾對於部份特殊身分，包括軍人、警察是否籌組工會有不同意見，學界專家意見也兩極，目前沒有共識。（蘇聖怡／台北報導）
