Birch Street‧Brea, CA 92821‧714.255.1188 HOURS OF OPERATION 9am - 9pm Mon - Wed 9am - 10pm Thurs - Fri 8am - 10pm Sat 8am - 9pm Sun 官網←點我 Menu→ 點我 這家的飲料也很特別喔!是用蔗糖做的!可樂喝起來跟百事可樂或是可口可樂很不一樣呢 !!! 絕對顛覆你想像的它不是一般的鬆餅，咬下去的口感絕對跟鬆餅大大不同。相較於台灣下 午茶田甜膩膩FANCY的鬆餅印象,這裡可是可以豪邁大大口吃下去的鹹味鬆餅呢! 首先一定要吃的就是Bruxie爆紅的招牌!Buttermilk Fried Ckicken&Waffle，裡面有 Chili honey and Cider Slaw。一咬下去酸酸甜甜，於是乎一口接一口，一下就吃光光了 !吃不夠還要吃友人H的!哈哈哈阿! 重點是，他的鬆餅真的超好吃的阿~~~~酥酥QQ的一口接一口，不亦樂乎，光吃鬆餅就覺得 很好吃了呢!! 重頭戲來了!!!好友W先生一直推薦的Bruxie Burger!!裡面是由Angus Beed Patty with Tillamook Cheddar,Tomatoes,Pickles,Mayo and Crisp Lettuce組成的!一咬下去真的驚 為天人般的軟嫩!!實在太好吃了~~~~~~以後我都要飛LA去吃Bruxie burger 鬆餅口味眾多，不論是搭配水果、肉排、煙燻鮭魚甜鹹皆宜且份量可當正餐(對我來說是 不夠，我可以吃一個半!)，相對於日式綿密或是台式鬆軟的鬆餅，這種外酥內Q的鬆餅更 得我心呢!最後感謝好友W&H的情義相挺，在超級容易塞車的LA，來回塞了兩小時，讓我吃 到了超好吃的Bruxie Waffle!!!它們還有很多種口味喔!! -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 118.166.2.126 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/Food/M.1398843730.A.BAE.html
