Jose Abreu今天再打進4分打點，打破大聯盟史上四月份新人最多打點的紀錄，白襪則以9比2擊敗光芒。

今天Jose Abreu在第六局有一支兩分全壘打，第七局再打出兩分打點的安打，目前31分的打點，也是全大聯盟第一。

過去大聯盟新人四月份最多打點的紀錄，是Albert Pujols在2001年所創下的27分。

這也是Jose Abreu全大聯盟最多的第10發全壘打，這當然也是新人四月份的歷史紀錄。

「我來到球場打棒球，幫助球隊贏球，」Jose Abreu透過翻譯表示，「我真的沒有追求任何紀錄，那是不是我的目標，但有的話當然最好。」

對另一名白襪新人，今天同樣是值得紀念的一天。
