情報局擴權案 土耳其國會通過

（法新社安卡拉17日電） 土耳其國會今天通過1項爭議性法案，擴大國家情報當局的權力，並規定發布外洩資料者將面臨牢獄之災。

土耳其政府正設法反擊不斷擴大的貪腐醜聞，國會在激烈辯論後通過法案。這是土耳其總理艾爾段（Recep Tayyip Erdogan）因應執政11年來最大挑戰的最新舉措。

艾爾段所屬的正義發展黨（AKP）議員在3月地方選舉前，率先提出法案。之後為了符合總統莒內（Abdullah Gul）提出的需求，法案經歷數次修訂。

法案擴大土耳其國家情報局（MIT）監聽私人電話交談內容，及蒐集「恐怖主義、國際犯罪及外部情蒐」有關情資的權限。

記者或其他人如果刊登外流資訊，將面臨長達10年刑期。（譯者：中央社林亭儀）
