土方糾紛　雙煞駕BMW朝保持捷開十幾槍

桃園土方業者湯貴有（46歲）、陳聰雄（35歲）疑因與林姓同業（36歲）爭搶工地土方起糾紛，4月10日下午2點多，湯、陳二人共乘一部BMW轎車在八德市東勇街上發現林男駕駛保時捷跑車呼嘯而過，竟沿路加速追趕，並搖下車窗分別持槍朝保時捷開了十幾槍，還好林男仗著跑車的優勢僥倖逃脫，隨後報警究辦。
 
轄區八德警方今天策動湯、陳二人投案，並起出兩把制式手槍，移送桃園地檢署複訊後，檢方以涉嫌殺人未遂、槍砲等重罪，且有逃亡之虞向地院聲押。（張沛森／桃園報導）
