（中央社羅馬15日綜合外電報導）義大利法院今天諭令億萬大亨前總理貝魯斯柯尼，到一個老人中心作一年的社區服務，對他的逃漏稅行為作象徵性但難堪的處罰。

法新社報導，根據義大利新聞社（ANSA），法官要77歲的貝魯斯柯尼（Silvio Berlusconi）到老人中心服務，「每週一天，每次不少於4小時」。

路透社報導，貝魯斯柯尼的律師表示，裁定結果「令人滿意」。律師說：「考量貝魯斯柯尼的政治活動需求，米蘭法院的裁定顯得平衡且令人滿意。」

義大利新聞社指出，這處中心是「聖家基金會」，位在米蘭西南郊的小鎮切薩諾博斯科內（CesanoBoscone），由教堂營運，收容殘障和老人等2000名病人。

法院裁定書沒說貝魯斯柯尼何時開始社區服務，但報導說，可於數日內開始。(中央社)
