楊玉欣率身障者玩手搖單車　遊日月潭

日月潭自行車道被CNN旅遊網評選為「全球10大最美單車道」，一生至少要走一次，由於近年來日月潭風管處也]積極建設身障廁所、無障礙電梯等設施，所以立法委員楊玉欣與丈夫、台大哲學系教授孫效智，今天率領60位肢障者參與「感動日月潭」的圓夢之旅，讓大家拋開輪椅、拐杖，體驗手搖特殊自行車，飽覽日月潭的絕美風光。

立委楊玉欣罹患罕見疾病「三好式遠端肌肉無力症」，讓她從腳趾、腿部一直到全身肌肉萎縮以至半身癱瘓，約20年她已經沒有騎過腳踏車，其丈夫孫效智騎著單車載她遊日月潭，她興奮說：「微風徐徐吹拂在臉上的臉上的感覺，曬曬太陽、看看風景，真的太棒了。」她指出，每個人都會因年紀增長而行動不便，未來將推廣各風景區無障礙環境設施、設備的建置。（楊靜茹／南投報導）
