假冒黑道大哥寫信勒索友人　蠢男被訴

台中市吳姓男子(31歲)得知友人蔡姓女子與鄰居有停車糾紛，主動表明願幫蔡女報復鄰居，去年6月12日前往破壞蔡女鄰居車輛，15日對蔡女佯稱東窗事發，要找律師處理，藉此索討車馬費，蔡女交付1萬元後，19日吳男又謊稱鄰居已提告，需要10萬元和解，蔡女又交付10萬元。
 
吳男食髓知味，同年7月20日又假冒一名黑道大哥名義，寫信恐嚇蔡女：「我知道你婆婆在做里長，她會里長都做不下去。」吳男宣稱有管道擺平，但要付這名「大哥」36萬元。

蔡女起疑，找丈夫和3名友人邀吳男出面談判，吳男無法交代黑道大哥身分，最後坦承一切都是他捏造的，眾人氣憤圍毆吳男，押他四處籌錢還款未果，最後報警逮人，但吳男也反控蔡女等4人傷害。
 
台中地檢署今依詐欺、恐嚇等罪起訴吳男，另依傷害罪起訴蔡女等4人。(鄧玉瑩／台中報導)
