兒童婚姻擬合法化　女童9歲可出嫁

伊拉克政府擬立法合法化兒童婚姻，男生15歲起就可結婚，女生更是小至9歲就可結婚，9歲以下的女童只要父母同意就可出嫁。
 
這個新法主要是為伊拉克國內多數族群什葉派而設，還將禁止穆斯林男性迎娶非穆斯林女性，並規定妻子必須在丈夫同意下才能離家，一旦雙方離婚，2歲以上孩子的監護權將自動判給父親，法案預計在這個月國會選舉前可通過。
 
這項法案去年底提出，當時就遭國際人權團體嚴重抨擊，批評是迫害女性的法律，而且會加深伊拉克國內分化，縱使國際撻伐聲不斷，當局2月25日仍執意將法案送交國會審議，預料為在4月30日的國會選舉中獲得什葉派選民的投票，國會很有可能會通過新法。（周佩萱／綜合報導）
