日本媒體報導，受到2011年311東日本大震災及海嘯重創的岩手縣三陸鐵道北岬灣線，今天全面恢復通車。通車路線是日劇「小海女」的故事發生地，吸引許多遊客。

三陸鐵道的北岬灣線（久慈到釜石站，長71公里），311大地震後，在今天之前，最後1段未恢復通車的區間是小本到田野畑之間的10.5公里，今天恢復通車。

昨天南岬灣線（釜石到盛站，長36.6公里）全線恢復通車。南北岬灣線全線107.6公里今天終於全面恢復通車。

不過，連結南北岬灣線的JR山田線宮古到釜石站之間55.4公里的路線，尚未恢復通車。

三陸鐵道北岬灣線是去年日本放送協會（NHK）連續劇「小海女」的主要舞台。宮古站前今天舉行1場紀念恢復通車慶典，因這路線修復工程經費有來自科威特支援311大震災的捐款，因此科威特駐日大使、日本赤十字社（紅十字會）的宣傳特使女星藤原紀香等約140人受邀出席。

貴賓們在小學生演奏「小海女」主題曲音樂中搭著紀念列車出發，月台上許多人高喊「萬歲」，充滿歡樂氣氛。(中央社)
