翁住不慣養老院　磚頭砸窗跳樓亡

台中一名患失智、巴金森氏症的老翁，年初被送往安養中心照護，才住進去4天疑適應不良，持磚頭敲破窗戶跳樓輕生。

今日出版的《蘋果》報導，陳姓男子說，70歲父親患失智、巴金森氏症，年初經醫師建議，選擇每月安養費2萬6千元、號稱五星級的豐原區公老坪田園老人渡假養護中心。入住後隔天探視時，父說：「這裡住得很不習慣」，他聽了很不捨，計劃將接父親回家，不料父親在廁所拿起磚頭，砸破玻璃跳樓。陳男不滿說，業者明知父親剛入院恐有適應問題，卻未防護，還在院內放磚塊，讓父親有機會砸窗跳樓，難辭其咎，已向台中地檢署控告業務過失致死。（方翊倩／綜合報導）
