獨臂男無照又酒駕　肇事被逮

1日晚間10時許，台中市育才所據報三民、錦中街口發生1起機車擦衝車禍，派員到場，發現肇事的李姓男子(50歲，公共危險前科)，左手肘以下已截肢，滿身酒氣，經呼氣酒測值達0.47毫克，且還無照駕車，隨即將他帶回。

李男供稱，10多年左手因工作受傷截肢，平時就愛喝兩杯的他，去年才因酒駕被捕入監服刑，今年1月才剛出獄，當天晚上他與友人到小吃店聚餐，喝了兩杯米酒加保力達，聚餐結束後正想繞去找朋友，卻因不勝酒力，兩眼昏花， 未注意車前狀況，而與他人發生交通事故。警方訊後除依公共危險罪將他移送法辦，也告誡他，獨臂騎車已經相當危險，酒駕行為不僅害己也傷人，千萬不要再犯。(朱俊彥／台中報導)
